Your Responsibilities
When using StonkWhales, you agree to:

Account & Eligibility
To use StonkWhales, you must:

- •Be responsible for all activity under your account

In-App Purchases
StonkWhales offers premium features through in-app purchases:
- •All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store
- •Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the renewal date
- •You can manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
- •Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies
Intellectual Property
StonkWhales, including its design, features, educational content, and branding, is owned by ZeroCrew Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only. Market data is provided by third-party providers and is subject to their terms.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZeroCrew Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of StonkWhales. This includes, but is not limited to, any losses incurred from real-world investment decisions influenced by the app. The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or via email. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
